Our whole house stinks like Pee... do you believe that? it is so nasty and gross to think that I am cooking "shai or bulak" a pig's intestine connecting to the bladder.. My husband exclaimed "Smells like Pee!" before he left for work.
Would you dare eating such a thing that smells like birok or worse pee of a pig? I bought a pig intestine from the Asian market few weeks ago and just cook it today and it looks yummy. This is so popular in the Philippines being sold on the streets or tabi tabi or pungko-pungko as they call it.
If you are a true pinoy then you surely like it. I would have to make it brown and crispy and dont' mind the smell while I am cooking it.
Yun ba yung chicharong bulaklak, Byotipol? Masarap yun. Mabaho nga lang sa mga hindi sanay katulad ng Americans. Huwag mo na lang piliting kumain niyan ang mister mo at kawawa naman. Baka maallergy na naman. Tenx sa nakatutuwang post. Patikim naman.
