medical assisting certification

I've got so much things in my mind after we settle to our new home. Firsthand, I'd like to continue with my driving practice so I'll be able to just go to the nearest pharmacy or grocery store when I want to. That's very important having a child. Then after that I want to get a medical assisting certification either online or at a local university that offers the course. I want to make a living too so I can help my husband financially. Then the last plan will be considering to have another baby since we have plenty of space for our family now. Nice plans huh, I hope God will grant all these wishes I have.
