I'm here sitting in front of my computer having my morning snack as well. I am drinking my usual hot chocolate with pan de coco that Rosalie made yesterday. It's been a long time since I had my last taste of this filipino bread and it's my first time to eat it here in America. So awesome to just make it, easy and simple.
I can't wait for my baby girl to wake up too so she can have some bread to go along with her milk. She loves the bread very much. I can tell she likes it for when she sees I'm eating one, she'd grab it and eat right away, she wouldn't even leave a single crumb from it. Hehehe silly baby she is!
