Enhances The Mood

Weewww I feel really good after our 30-minute walk. We just got home walking in the half part of Edgecliff Village neighborhood. It is a little bit cold outside but that did not stop us from doing the simple calorie burning exercise. I don't wanna be a couch potato that is why I try my very best to go out and walk at least twice or three times a week.

Yesterday, I was able to walk with my friend Annie and her baby. And today is our second day of our walking exercise. I loved it when we get out because it enhances my mood as well as makes my bad sweat out of my body. Looking forward for more walks in the future before our temperature could get up to three digits.
