Drinking and driving here in Texas is so common that whenever I turn on the t.v to watch news, there would always be accidents pertaining to drunk drivers killed a person or two. That is so scary. Just recently I watched this young guy who have had three drunk driving convictions and was released from jail, driving again. His car has a breathalyzer that it wouldn't run once it detects alcohol in his body, that time he killed a mother and a daughter he wasn't driving his own car. He was driving an SUV from a relative that led to deadly accident taking the lives of two innocent people.
Another news I heard is this woman stranded in a highway, went out of the car to check the tire and suddenly a reckless driver just hit her and run away. She was badly injured and still in the hospital recovering while the authorities are asking help if anybody out there saw the incident to come forward and help the guy to put in jail to bring justice to the victim.
