I am excited for Monday to come. I am gonna have friends coming over here to do a little chit chat, pigging out and videoke as we call it in the Philippines. I plan of grilling some pork belly, fish, cooking dried fish for the pregnant, Irish and make some chicken soup with horseraddish leaves, bisaya version. I got hornish chicken that tastes like native chicken in the Philippines.
For sure it's gonna be fun for all of us. Good thing I still have these frozen stuff I bought from HK market 2 months ago so I don't need to go shopping this weekend. Oh speaking of shopping, I am going out today for Memorial Day weekend sale, huh shopping diay gyapon but not for foods but in the mall, looking for deals for the box.
