Whenever I am chatting with my online buddies in America and other countries, for some reason we wound up talking about diet pills after almost the end of our conversation. For some reason, women of any ages who are now married and living a sedentary lives are more prone to becoming obese. Don't get me wrong, my friends online aren't obese but they gained some weight after couple of years of not doing anything in the house except being a couch potato and after having kids. Well, here in the US for example, house chores here are easy to do, there'll be no more hard labor for everything here can be done through electronic appliances. Unlike in our own home country, we do it manually with our bare hands that makes us work hard and sweat all day. That's the big difference living here and the Philippines.
