I have no problem losing weight at all. If I feel like my body is so heavy due to late night eating, I get on the scale and if the weight goes above one hundred that is when I start slowing down my eating. There will be no heavy meal after six for a few weeks then I am good to go. Good thing it works for me otherwise I would have used the appetite suppressants on the internet. Sometimes I can't help myself but eat a lot especially if I like the dish I am cooking. You can't blame me though as there are times my appetite just soar up the sky. I know most people I know feel the same way too and sometimes they tend to over eat resulting to gaining so much weight in just a short period of time.
