I Made My First Tutu

...and it is a success. I just started last night and finished it this afternoon. Tutu is easy to make, no sweat no confusion. I only watched several video tutorial on youtube and did my own tutu when the materials I ordered online arrived.

....... materials I used are; a ribbon, a tape measure, a pair of scissors, (3) 5 yard rolls of tulle colors green,light pink and white...
