My husband has a neck pain that is there for a long time. I asked him one time if it comes and goes and he said to me that it is always there. I wonder how could this man endure such pain and not doing anything to cure the pain? He bought an inverted table that he can use but he just let it sit there. He had also asked several people who have the same problem, each of course have different opinion. Others say surgery is not an option instead find for a place that offers a herniated disk treatment. Typical treatment for this are a combination of medication plus physical therapy and the last option surgery. I know I don't hear him complaining about the pain anymore but I know it is still there. As long as he doesn't seek for treatment for his herniated disk, it will always be there forever. He has it since early 20's and he is now 55. I don't understand why he just ignored the pain this long.
