PTSD

I have so much respect for people in uniform especially those who have served and are currently serving our country. Because of them we are here and enjoying the freedom. I salute to all soldiers out there who risk themselves and sacrificed their family just to be in the war zone to protect the country. I know what they do is such a heroic and brave thing to do.

Whenever I hear soldiers died or injured from their job, I can't help but feel sad too because if I were to put myself in their shoes, things aren't easy and painful that is for sure. Many who got out of service unharmed but suffer post traumatic stress disorder. What they should do is seek help for post traumatic stress disorder treatment. Lucky are those who helped themselves but for those who remained silent, didn't take long to take their lives away by committing suicide.

More and more of them featured on the news on the same manner of death because they chose not to seek help. If you know anyone who you think suffer from PTSD, please encourage the family or the man himself to seek for treatment. It would be awful when you know someone is suffering and you know pretty well he needed the treatment and you did nothing for it. Please show some concerns, okay?
